2. Services Provided

RVA Delivered LLC provides automotive electronics and consumer electronics services, including but not limited to:

• Engine Control Unit (ECU), Engine Control Module (ECM), and Powertrain Control Module (PCM) diagnostics and repair.
• Body Control Module (BCM) and Transmission Control Module (TCM) coding and programming.
• Airbag and SRS module reset services.
• Car audio, video, and multimedia system installation.
• GPS navigation system installation and map updates.
• Backup and surround-view camera installation.
• Remote start and keyless entry system installation.
• Bluetooth and wireless audio integration.
• Driver assistance system (ADAS) calibration.

All services are subject to availability and our technicians' assessment of the work involved.

3. Appointments and Bookings

Submitting an appointment request through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written or verbal confirmation from a RVA Delivered LLC representative. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by email. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for a deposit on future bookings.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted are estimates only until a full diagnostic assessment has been carried out. Final pricing will be agreed upon with you before any repair work begins. We will not carry out chargeable work without your prior authorisation.

Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless a separate payment arrangement has been agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Returned payments may incur an administrative fee.

5. Warranty on Workmanship

RVA Delivered LLC provides a 90-day workmanship warranty on all repair and installation services. This warranty covers defects arising directly from the work carried out by our technicians. It does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, water ingress, or external factors after the vehicle leaves our premises.
• Pre-existing faults unrelated to the service performed.
• Parts supplied by the customer.
• Software updates or changes made by third parties after our work is completed.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us within the 90-day period with your original receipt. Warranty claims are subject to our technician's assessment.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking a service or describing a fault.
• Ensure you have the legal right to authorise the work on the vehicle presented.
• Collect your vehicle or equipment within an agreed timeframe after notification that work is complete.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with any work carried out by RVA Delivered LLC.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RVA Delivered LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or vehicle downtime.

Our total liability to you in connection with any single service or incident shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific service. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of RVA Delivered LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Products and Parts

Where third-party parts or products are installed as part of our services, those parts carry the manufacturer's own warranty. RVA Delivered LLC is not responsible for the manufacturer's warranty terms or any defects in third-party components beyond our own workmanship.
